Prior to 1982 John business background was as a Chartered Accountant with a twenty year corporate business background from within the Engineering, Construction and the Transport industries.
John is a Chartered Accountant and holds the prestigious CBI [Certified Business Intermediary] designation from the IBBA [International Business Brokers Association] based in Chicago USA.
John has assisted many sellers and buyers achieve their retirement, investment goals and aspirations. An open mind and a genuine interest in people are essential for success when dealing with individual business owners and buyers together with their professional legal and financial advisors.

Grant specializes in the commercial property bulk retail sector. He has built up strong relationships with a number of the national retailers including the Postie Group, Retravision, Lighting Direct, Dick Smith, Kathmandu, Noel Leeming, Lighting Plus and many more.
Grant Has sold over $80 million of commercial property in the New Zealand market and has also worked in London where he was involved in a number of high value transactions.
Grant has a bachelor of commerce degree from Lincoln College in property valuation, a Masters in Property Investment (London City Business School) and is a Royal Chartered Surveyor.
Grant has 18 years experience in the New Zealand market and worked in the UK for several years working for Schroders, AMP, Guardian Trust Funds Management.
